Annotation: In the 13th and 14th centuries, a large number of Semu people from Central Asia and the Western Regions moved their families eastward to the Central Plains, becoming cultural families that started with political and military exploits. These emerging families, whether they are prominent upper-class families such as the Buhumu family, Guan family, Lian family, Fujian Wanghan family, Hao family, etc., or lower-class military and peasant families such as the Chongxi family in Puyang, have all experienced military changes. The process of changing political affairs into civil affairs and then evolving into cultural families.
