Annotation: The excpected result can not be achieved without the interaction of economic organizations, in reducing the underground economy and maintaining fair tax system. In this regard, it consists of analyzing the shortcomings and offering proposals to eliminate identified shortcomings that arise as a result of the conflict of interests of the tax authorities in cooperation with organizations in the identification of tax objects and objects related to taxation.
