Annotation: This article analyzes the praxeological aspects of the moral ideal based on a socio-philosophical approach. The study reveals the essence of the moral ideal not only as a normative and axiological system, but also as a practical mechanism that regulates and directs the conscious, goal-oriented activity of a person. The forms of manifestation of the moral ideal in human activity, its dialectical relationship with efficiency, and its substantive changes in the conditions of modern global and digital transformations are comprehensively covered. The results of the study show that the praxeological interpretation of the moral ideal is of significant theoretical and practical importance in ensuring the spiritual foundation of human activity, strengthening social stability, and deepening the concept of sustainable development
