Annotation: This article examines the influence of the modern multimedia environment on children's minds, with a particular focus on content created and distributed through artificial intelligence (AI) technologies. It analyzes both international and local cartoons and gaming content in terms of national values, ethical standards, and children’s mental health. The paper offers recommendations for the responsible use of AI, implementation of monitoring systems, and development of safe and culturally rooted national content.
