Annotation: In this article, in recent decades, China has achieved significant results in international relations with neighboring countries, established cooperation and strategic partnership relations with most of the neighboring countries, and the "One Place, One Road" initiative, which can make a significant contribution to China's development, is being widely discussed at the international level, this initiative or The Central Asian countries, including the Republic of Uzbekistan, which are located in the heart of the land part of the geopolitical hyperproject, reveal their relations within the framework of this project. Also, this article states that the concept of Chinese foreign policy is based on fundamental approaches such as China acting on the basis of complete independence and freedom in all issues of international relations, opposing military power and hegemony, not joining blocs, and refraining from establishing strategic relations with superpowers.
