Annotation: On a global scale, the modern service industry has become a new engine driving economic and social development. The development of modern service industry is highly interdependent on human resources, and human resources in modern service industry are closely related to education. This paper sorts out the main situation of talent cultivation in modern service industry from three dimensions: service knowledge cultivation, service ability cultivation and service awareness cultivation of modern service industry talents. The cultivation of modern service industry talents should be demand-oriented, and service science needs to be included in the research in the future. From the perspective of perspective, through a more diversified and comprehensive research method, it conducts an in-depth exploration of the problem of talent training in the modern service industry
