Annotation: An essential aspect of civil society is its formation through the interplay of political organizations, public associations, non-governmental non-profit organizations, political norms, theories, ideas, concepts, rules, and institutions. These elements are interconnected and mutually reinforcing, bound by stable social relationships. The article explores perspectives on civil society, highlighting that human freedom, rights, and interests should be the primary criteria in its development. It also discusses the importance of state support for civil society institutions.
