Annotation: This article is dedicated to the study of the philosophical views of Yusuf Balasaghuni, one of the prominent Eastern thinkers of the 11th century, in the context of the human phenomenon. Based on the analysis of his work "Kutadgu Bilig", the humanistic perception of man, his essence, and purpose are revealed. The author emphasizes the importance of reason, education, labor, and moral self-improvement in human life. The influence of Eastern Peripatetic philosophy on Balasaghuni's worldview and his understanding of the relationship between man, society, nature, and eternal moral values are also discussed.
