Annotation: The article provides a systematic analysis of the technological innovations introduced at Google I/O 2025. It focuses on the development of Gemini 2.5 language models, generative multimodal systems, and on-device AI tools integrated into mobile platforms, office applications, educational services, and user interfaces. Methodologically, the study draws on content analysis of keynote speeches, technical specifications, and expert commentary. The article concludes that there is a major shift towards personalized, secure, and adaptive AI solutions while also highlighting the ethical, openness, and sustainability challenges ahead.
