Annotation: Simultaneous interpretation represents one of the most complexed and resource-consuming activities – it requires specific skills, vast vocabulary, good operating memory and stress-resistance. In this article we are looking at the history of simultaneous interpretation, and at the same time trying to see what are the current changes in this work, how it is influenced by machines and artificial intelligence.
