Annotation: The renewed policy of Uzbekistan aims to systematically organize spiritual and educational work, increase the effectiveness of the measures implemented in this regard, increase the intellectual potential of the population, especially the youth, their thinking and worldview, strengthen their ideological immunity, educate a mature generation that lives with a sense of patriotism, love and loyalty to the people. special attention is paid. After all, Uzbekistan has taken a unique and appropriate position as a country with its unique socio-political and spiritual renewal program in the course of change processes. The focus is on issues such as social protection and the manifestation of its broad potential as a state capable of exerting a powerful influence on human development. The article examines the issues of increasing youth activity in the development of the social state.
