Annotation: Since the beginning of time, humans have been asking themselves questions such as “Who am I?”, “Why did I come to this world?”, “What is my purpose in life?”. The reason is that each person is unique as an individual. When each person evaluates his life at the end of his life, he seeks answers to questions such as “How did I live in this world?”, “What did I gain and what did I lose?”, “Did I benefit the people around me?”, “What did I leave behind for my children?”. These questions are asked not only at the end of his life, but also when a person is left alone with his conscience and faith. This is one of the characteristics of human consciousness and thinking, and is a sign of humanity. This article analyzes approaches to the theory of human capital.
