Annotation: This article analyzes the introduction of Imam al-Haramayn al-Juwayni’s work “al-Irshad ila qawati al-adilla fi usul al-i'tiqad”. It examines the conceptual content, methodological foundations, and the relationship between knowledge and religion presented in the introduction. The study highlights the causes of intellectual decline in the Muslim community, the importance of scientific reasoning, and the necessity of grounding theological beliefs on rational evidence. Furthermore, the article evaluates the role of the introduction in the development of kalam theology and its relevance to contemporary intellectual thought .
