Annotation: The use of information technology, mass media and communication tools not only affects the borderless state, but they have changed the behavior of society around the world. Most people will overcome the cyber age to ensure freedom of speech and to solve personnel problems. In this regard, socio-philosophical analysis is very important. However, some people were concerned about this issue as a threat to the harmony and dignity of their private lives. Some legal processes often take place in cyberspace, particularly the exchange of information, communication activities, and even more speech.
