Annotation: This article examines the development of intercultural communication from its earliest forms to modern digital technologies. This work discusses important stages in the development of intercultural interaction. It analyzes the ways in which knowledge and cultural values are transmitted, and also considers contemporary problems and opportunities for global communication. The author uses the scientific method, relying on a historical-analytical approach, comparative analysis, and conceptual modeling. The conclusion presents conclusions and recommendations for improving intercultural communication in the context of digital transformation.
