Annotation: The article highlights the grammatical rule of the auxiliary words "de" used in oral and written speech and the difference between them, given the increasing number of Chinese language learners today and a brief introduction to the "de" which are relatively difficult for beginners to learn Chinese, and the fact that "de”; “的”which comes in sentences as a genetive particle in Uzbek grammar,The second "得" is used after the verb and takes the words of the adjective and the adverb and the third "地" is used after the participle and helps to connect with verb, and it comes in the sentences as an adverb. In this article is attempted to illustrate the differences all of "de".
