Annotation: This article examines government policy to strengthen the role and importance of civil society institutions in our country. Today, NGOs serve to increase the role and importance, social activity and effectiveness of their activities. The issue of ensuring openness of the activities of civil society institutions is identified as one of the main directions of the concept of development of civil society for 2021-2025.
