Annotation: This article conducts a philosophical analysis of the wisdom of knowledge in the works of Yusuf Khos Hojib, particularly in "Qutadgu Bilig". Yusuf Khos Hojib's wisdom of knowledge in understanding the nature of knowledge, methods, the significance of knowledge in state governance, and morality represents a profound example of the philosophy of the medieval East. The author reveals the connections between knowledge, morality, and justice, emphasizing the importance of knowledge for the development of the individual and state administration. Yusuf Khos Hojib’s wisdom of knowledge considers knowledge not only as a tool for truth, but also as a fundamental factor for moral and social development in state governance. He attaches great importance to knowledge and wisdom for the structure and development of the state, which should be linked with morality and social responsibility. The article also attempts to compare the theories of Yusuf Khos Hojib with modern philosophical theories such as positivism and existentialism. Another important aspect of the article is the analysis of the impact of modern technologies on knowledge and morality. Technology, when connected with knowledge, can become a moral and responsible practice for proper social development in the digital and technological age. Thus, the article again emphasizes the importance of the correct use of knowledge and technologies for development and social evolution in the modern world.
