Annotation: Zhusup Balasaguni's philosophical views on national and moral values ​​are of particular importance, especially in comparison with modern ideas. This article compares the ideas set out in his work "Kutty Bilik" ("Blessed Knowledge") with the views of the Kazakh scientist Amangeldy Aytaly on the nation and culture, and also analyzes the common features of their views.
