Annotation: The end of the 20th and beginning of the 21st centuries is the century of transition of developed countries from an industrial society to an information society. This is manifested in the rapid improvement of computer technology and communications, the further development of existing information technologies, as well as the introduction of applied information systems. Achievements in computer science and programming have taken their rightful place in organizational management, industry, scientific research and automated projects. Informatics has covered the social sphere: education, science, culture, healthcare. It is difficult to name another area of human activity that is developing very quickly and gives rise to various problems, such as informatization and computerization of society. The main feature of our time, undoubtedly, is the constant increase in the rate of information production. The information flows circulating in the world around us are enormous. As they tend to increase, any organization will need to use automated data processing to ensure the most efficient operation. Most organizations prefer computerized methods that allow them to effectively store, structure and systematize large volumes of information.
