Annotation: This article examines the philosophical and ethical-political legacy of Yusuf Balasaguni, as presented in his renowned work Kutadgu Bilig, in the context of shaping the ideological and spiritual foundations of the Third Renaissance. It explores the continuity of core values such as justice, reason, knowledge, and moral responsibility, which remain relevant today and serve as the basis for building a humanistically oriented society. Special attention is given to the role of classical Turkic thought in the development of cultural identity, sustainable social progress, and contemporary governance. The study concludes that Kutadgu Bilig serves as a source of philosophical inspiration and moral guidance in the context of a new stage of spiritual revival and global transformation.
