Annotation: This article analyzes the diplomatic relations between Uzbekistan and the PRC through the lens of language and cultural diplomacy. It examines China’s regional BRI strategy, Uzbekistan’s transport-logistics integration, Chinese language policy in Uzbekistan, and the political-economic and linguistic significance of agreements reached during the state visit of August 31, 2025.
