Annotation: In this article, the main factors encouraging the transition of industrial enterprises to green energy are identified and their review is presented. A PLS-SEM model was built on the basis of systematic factors to determine the problems of industrial enterprises related to the transition to green energy. A SWOT analysis was carried out based on the obtained values of the path coefficients of the factors affecting the level of readiness of industrial enterprises to switch to green energy. Based on the results of the analysis, the strengths, opportunities, weaknesses and threats of the transition of industrial enterprises to green energy in Uzbekistan were identified. Proposals and recommendations for prevention of threats have been developed.
