Annotation: This article explores the impact of gender equality on the investment ecosystem of the country's region using the example of Uzbekistan. The purpose of the study is to explore the possibilities of developing a system for statistically assessing the impact of gender equality on improving the investment ecosystem. The results show that gender equality has a positive impact on improving the investment ecosystem, and gender mainstreaming in development also helps attract investment and create an enabling environment for entrepreneurship. The recommendations presented in the article can be used by the government, business community and other stakeholders to create a more favorable environment for women in entrepreneurship and investment.
