Annotation: The article provides a socio-philosophical analysis of the relationship between the concept of a social state and modern artificial intelligence (AI) technologies. The theoretical foundations of a social state are considered, taking into account classical and modern approaches, and key challenges related to the digitalization and automation of social processes are highlighted. Special attention was paid to the analysis of the impact of artificial intelligence on education, healthcare, social justice, and the labor market. The article emphasizes that AI, on the one hand, provides new tools for improving the effectiveness of social policy, and on the other hand, creates risks of increasing digital inequality and algorithmic injustice. International experience was reviewed and a comparative analysis was conducted with the current situation in Uzbekistan, which is actively developing its own digital transformation strategies. It is concluded that it is necessary to develop ethical and legal frameworks for the integration of AI into a social state, taking into account the national context and global trends.
