Annotation: It is proposed to create a unified writing system "ortabitik" to solve the problems of alphabets and writing of Turkic languages. The system includes four isomorphic alphabets based on Latin, Cyrillic, Arabic and Orkhon-Yenisei runes, covering 39 common Turkic phonemes. Isomorphism allows creating programs for automatic transliteration and transcription between alphabets, facilitating the study of Turkic languages by native speakers of different dialects. The system will combine information from all Turkic languages, and will also include the "ortaturk" language, based on the most common phonemes and providing maximum semantic adequacy of the vocabulary of most Turkic languages, creating an extensive information resource for the Turkic civilization.
