Annotation: The present article considers of the gender category in Hindi and Chinese. That two languages belong to genetically and typologically different language families and groups. It is known that the gender category are represented by different ways. The gender issue in Hindi and Chinese is quite diffetent. Hindi is analitic language and gender is considered as a grammatical category. The Chinees is isuolatic language and gender is connected with semantics.
