Annotation: The article assesses the development indicators of innovative management of industrial enterprises in Uzbekistan. The organizational and economic mechanism for the implementation of innovative management of industrial enterprises was also analyzed, its features and existing problems were identified. In the future, scientific proposals and practical recommendations have been developed on the possibility of creative use of advanced foreign experience to improve the efficiency of innovative management of the country's industrial enterprises.
