Annotation: The article discusses the introduction of digital technologies in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic (IT), which has become one of the most pressing issues of today. end, front-end programs, the positive impact of the application on the development of the country's economy is studied. In this regard, the analysis of specific aspects of the history of development of scientific and technical information resources in the world, including mechanisms for their improvement, legal framework, current trends and problems, as well as scientific and technical information resources, their historical stages, assessment of existing scientific potential. a lot of research is being done on targeting. Also, the differences and peculiarities of the three types of directions (science, technology, innovation) were analyzed. In addition, the scientific and pedagogical potential of the Ministries and agencies and the participation of state scientific and technical programs were analyzed. In addition, conclusions and recommendations on the historical features of the development of scientific and technical information resources in the Republic of Uzbekistan (on the example of 2000-2019) were developed.
