Annotation: This article also argues that talent in the development of a society's civilization has a powerful force that can lead a country to progress or, negatively, to decline. Therefore, the article describes the positive qualities of youth giftedness based on the content and essence of the concepts of giftedness, talent, intelligence, spirituality andnew prognostic approach to them, the idea of "Man-society-state".
