Annotation: This article is devoted to the use of phraseological units in the speeches of the President of the People's Republic of China Xi Jinping at the SCO. In this work, chéngyǔ and their topics, as well as translation methods and strategies, used phraseological units in Xi Jinping's speeches at the SCO meetings, serve as the object of research.
