Annotation: This article analyzes the methods and strategies of providing Chinese phraseological units during simultaneous translation. The phraseological units in the speech of the President of the People's Republic of China, Si Jinping, were taken as the object of the research, and in particular, the translation of the phraseological units found in his speech at the SCO summit held in Samarkand on September 16, 2022, was analyzed.
