Annotation: This article provides a partial account of the emergence of ceremonial speech in political discourse, and the ceremonial point is part of the journalistic style and is widely used in the political-ideological, collective, and cultural spheres, in particular, the expression of the solemn spirit in the speeches of the heads of states, how it will impress the listener, the emotional impact. Attempts were made to illustrate that the speaker's style of speech did not deviate from the norms of the existing national cultural speech style in his political ceremonial speech, but using his own individual style, citing examples from President Xi Jinping‘s speeches. There are a number of stylistic features that stand out in political discourse.
