Annotation: In today's conditions, when science and information and communication technologies are rapidly developing, in developed countries of the world, it is becoming customary to widely use the capabilities of modern information technologies and artificial intelligence in state and public administration, economy, industry, social protection, education, medicine, employment, agriculture, defense, security, tourism and other areas. In Uzbekistan, through the development of informatization and the digital economy, it has been set as a priority task to take a place among the leading countries with innovative development by 2030. Because the foundations of the Third Renaissance are being laid, it is unthinkable without high technologies, including artificial intelligence. Artificial intelligence has become one of the most important directions of technological development in recent years. It is showing its influence not only in economic spheres, but also in various aspects of social life. The development of artificial intelligence, along with creating new opportunities for humanity, also raises a number of social and moral problems. This article provides information on the socio-ethical aspects of the development of artificial intelligence, its impact on social life, ethical problems and future prospects.
