Annotation: This article is devoted to the study of the socio-economic, legal and technical foundations of artificial intelligence (SI) technologies. The study analyzes modern trends in the development of SI, legal documents adopted in Uzbekistan and internationally, technological infrastructure and economic impacts. The article examines strategies for the development of artificial intelligence, the mechanisms for its regulation and the possibilities of its application to various areas of social life. The results show that the rapid development of SI technologies requires the improvement of legal framework, the development of technical infrastructure and the revision of socio-economic relations.
