Annotation: This article analyzes the concept of artificial intelligence, its application in the creation of development strategies and patterns of strategic management in the socio-economic sphere from a socio-philosophical point of view. The issues of strategy in the socio-economic sphere, the methodology of creating a strategy, types of strategies for taking a leadership position in a competitive environment, factors and sources of competitive advantage are studied.
