Annotation: This article discusses the invaluable service of dictionaries in ensuring interlinguistic relations in scientific linguistic literature, researching the grammatical structure of the language, determining language norms, developing the national thinking of society members, the richness of speech, and forming socio-political consciousness. As a result, special dictionaries for learning foreign languages were created in advanced countries of the world.
