Annotation: Technological services are an important component of the productive service system and a key force in promoting the upgrading of industrial structure. This article first conducts a theoretical analysis of the relationship between technology service efficiency and industrial structure, and then tests the impact of technology service efficiency on the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure by measuring technology service efficiency. Research has found that technology services play an important role in promoting the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure, as evidenced by the fact that both technology research and development (R&D) and diffusion services can promote the rational allocation of industrial structure.
