カザフスタンにおける発達障害者のための 「やさしいカザフ語」と「やさしいロシア語」の作成過程 THE PROCESS OF CREATING "FRIENDLY KAZAKH" AND "FRIENDLY RUSSIAN"FOR PEOPLE WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES IN KAZAKHSTAN

Author: 二ノ宮 崇司 Ninomiya, Takashi

Annotation: This study is positioned as one of the results of the “Comprehensive research on various ‘Easy Languages’ for social implementation” project by Professor Toshinobu Usuyama of the University of Tsukuba. To make “Easy Kazakh” and “Easy Russian” guidelines for people with developmental disabilities in Kazakhstan, it is first necessary to know the general characteristics of the languages of people with developmental disabilities and what the people find difficult to understand in Kazakh or Russian. Also, it is appropriate to make the guidelines for Easy Kazakh and Russian with reference to the situation in Germany, which has strongly developed Leichte Sprache (i.e., Easy Language) for people with developmental disabilities. Teachers in Kazakhstan’s special and inclusive education schools are likely to always use Easy Kazakh or Russian, as they have more opportunities to work with children with developmental disabilities. Based on their knowledge and experiences, it is proposed that Kazakhstan make guidelines for Easy Kazakh and Russian.

Keywords: Easy Kazakh and Russian, people with developmental disabilities, special and inclusive education school.
