Annotation: This scientific thesis analyzes the emergence, development and evolution of entrepreneurship and business skills in accordance with modern requirements within the framework of the socio-philosophical thinking of the Turkic peoples formed in the process of historical and cultural development. The work reveals the socio-spiritual foundations of entrepreneurial activity in ancient Turkic sources, historical experience and examples of national thinking. It also considers the prospects for the development of modern business skills in harmony with the traditional values of the Turkic peoples in the conditions of today's globalization and modernization. The study sheds light on the social essence and national identity of entrepreneurial culture based on a historical and philosophical approach.
