Annotation: This article analyzes the experience of forming value principles in the higher education system of Uzbekistan based on international experience. A systematic analysis of the phenomenon of value created by universities is carried out, which has received great recognition in world experience, taking into account the great contribution made to the development of the countries where they are located.
