Annotation: We know that documentation plays a crucial role in any treatment setting. Documentation helps assure continuity of care and it’s important for practitioners. The main task of documentation is to create content in a right way and save them. Documentation is one of the most important part in a political aspects. It should be clear, short (but including of all maintenances), meaningful and easy to understand. The documentation between two countries is the most important part in development of both sides: in a political life, also in economical. In this report we will try to analyze the stylistics of semantic components in documentation (or paperwork). As translator we must be most careful in documentation of two countries, because the light future and great friendship of Uzbekistan and China depends on our contents and how clear and rightly we can say the meaning of documents to each other
