Annotation: Currently, in translation studies, numerous studies are being carried out in the field of translation, its theoretical issues, and the development of science. In particular, in the process of translation from Chinese into Uzbek, the study of aspects of translation of the terminology of the legal system is one of the most pressing issues in linguistics, as well as translation studies.
