Annotation: Today, when different peoples, languages and cultures have become closer, along with learning foreign languages, interest in other cultures is also increasing. The issues of intercultural and international communication are attracting general attention. Most foreign researchers dealing with the problems of intercultural communication point out that grammatical, lexical and stylistic mistakes are forgiven when dealing with foreigners, because this is explained by their insufficient knowledge of the language. However, in the process of communication, violation of social and cultural norms and rules of etiquette is negatively accepted. Based on this, studying the problems of intercultural communication and researching them is one of the urgent issues today, when globalization, standardization, integration and mixing of cultures are taking place.
