Annotation: Against the backdrop of global changes taking place in the world today, it is necessary for states to hold high the banner of peace, development, cooperation and common success. It is necessary to coordinate the state's plans for its internal and international activities, combining two important tasks - peace and development. The main link is to firmly hold on to peace and development, move towards national rejuvenation, and unswervingly protect the interests of state sovereignty, security and development. Our country is moving towards creating a more favorable international situation for peaceful and prosperous development, realizing the goals set for us, and maintaining and continuing the era of important strategic advantages. The current world is a world of changes, in which new opportunities and new threats are constantly emerging. This is a world that is undergoing a huge restructuring of international relations and the system of international order. This is a world in which international forces are undergoing profound changes in favor of peace and development. At the same time, we must pay special attention to various dangers and threats, learn to turn dangers into favorable opportunities, and overcome difficult situations.
