Annotation: This article describes the types of compression strategies, one of the strategies related to static factors, in simultaneous translation. According to Chernov, compression is divided into syllabic compression, lexical compression, semantic compression and syntactic compression. The article presents the application of these strategies in the Chinese-Uzbek language combination, examples of two corresponding types of compression.
