Annotation: This article explores the formation mechanisms of women’s social mood, its dominant influencing factors, and evaluation indicators within the context of globalization and transformation processes. Based on an a priori model developed during the research, the level of women's adaptation to society is typologized. The social mood index of women was calculated based on sociological surveys, and differences across regional and sectoral cross-sections were analyzed. Furthermore, the study elucidates the mechanisms for transitioning from states of "digital stress" and frustration toward constructive social activity.
