Annotation: The role of heterocyclic compounds in medicine today is enormous. Among heterocyclic compounds, drugs with different biological activity have been found, and various modifications are currently being synthesized. In particular, 1,4-diazepine and its derivatives are used in medicine to treat various diseases. Derivatives of such compounds are recommended for insomnia, eczema, arthritis, various skin diseases, emotional states such as agitation, irritability.
