Annotation: In today's modern world, issues related to advertising and the promotion of various services are becoming increasingly relevant for all professions, including advocacy. Advertising legal services is considered one of the key issues in the modern legal services market. This article discusses the dissemination of information about advocacy activities, the specific features of advertising relations in the field of advocacy, as well as the resolution of problematic situations associated with them. The article explores both international experience and national legislation to identify ways to address these challenges, and it provides recommendations and proposals for conducting advertising activities effectively and lawfully.
