Annotation: The development and stability of business in a market economy, of course, depends primarily on the fact that it has a perfect and solid legal framework. Therefore, the full and clear definition in our legislation of the legal framework governing the activities of agents, which determines the order of their activities, will lead to the development of these civil relations. At present, our civil law has a number of norms aimed at regulating the activities of intermediaries, but in practice they cause minor problems due to the fact that they do not cover some aspects of the activities of agents. Therefore, the creation of a sufficiently sound, comprehensive civil legislation in this area would pave the way for future success in this area.
